Audition – February 28th, 2015

We are Seeking Male African American, African, or Caribbean dancers and aspiring performing artists for multiple performance opportunities throughout 2015-2016.

Dancers should be between the ages of 18-35. A background in any traditional African, contemporary African or traditional folkloric dance techniques are a plus, but not a requirement.

Dancers should live in the DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia area and will be required to make rehearsals twice a week with dance workshops two-three times a month.

This is an opportunity to perform at several different paid performances, as well as learn new dance technique. Candidates are expected to have a solid understanding of dance from any various types of backgrounds (i.e. ballet, hip-hop, house, contemporary, traditional, folkloric or modern).
